- The artwork arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item does not match the description on our website
If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request supporting photos to help process your request quickly.
2. Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- You must contact us before returning any items
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Digital products that have already been accessed or downloaded
4. Order Cancellations
